Viridax™ intends to engage Contract Research Organizations in specialty areas, such as biopharmaceutical manufacturing, preclinical testing and clinical trials.

In addition, the Company plans to seek pharmaceutical development and marketing collaborations with pharmaceutical companies and larger biotechnology firms that have substantial resources in Phase III Clinical trials, as well as capabilities in finished product development and manufacturing, plus international marketing, sales and distribution. Viridax™ views its core competency to be the discovery and early development of novel biopharmaceutical agents for the treatment of bacterial infectious diseases, especially resistant infections.
